What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, country, age group, an optional short note about the reason for your consultation, your chosen time, and payment details you provide (bank transfer reference). We do not ask for card details.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your consultation, to verify payment, and to message you on WhatsApp about your booking (confirmation, payment received, meeting link, reminders or cancellation). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only Dr. Khan and authorised administrators. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta). The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.

Keep sensitive details brief

Please do not include detailed clinical information in the booking form. Clinical details are discussed during the consultation.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your booking information by emailing Brown.psychiatrist@gmail.com.

Payments, changes & cancellations

Payment is by bank transfer. A booking is held for a limited time while awaiting payment and is confirmed when payment is verified. To reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.

Emergencies

BrownPsych is not an emergency service. In an emergency contact your local emergency services.
